Jim Reed specializes in handling real estate transactions and real estate litigation. A board certified specialist in commercial and residential real estate, he has been providing personal, professional representation to his clients since 1995, helping them find affordable solutions to their real estate problems.
Jim's practice includes real estate & business transactions and related litigation, including entity formation, contract negotiation and disputes, title insurance claims, real estate brokerage and licensing, mechanics' and materialmen's liens, landlord/tenant matters, easements, clearing titles, and deed restrictions.
Jim has been in private practice in Central Texas for over 20 years, representing small businesses and individuals in real estate and related matters. He previously served as in-house counsel for Stewart Title Austin, and was the Founder of Texas Title Solutions, a real estate mortgage release tracking company.
